Abstract

This article explores methodological approaches to fostering value-based

collaboration skills among students in inclusive education settings. It examines how promoting

values such as equality, respect, empathy, responsibility, and mutual trust can enhance social

integration and group engagement. Pedagogical mechanisms include learner-centered

instruction, cooperative learning, role-playing, and reflective activities aimed at developing

inclusive and value-driven teamwork
