Abstract

his article examines the methodology for developing anaerobic endurance
in 15–16-year-old wrestlers through techniques involving lifting the opponent from the right and
left sides. Special attention is paid to the interrelation between physical loads and hypoxic factors
and their impact on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. The study determined the dynamic
changes in anaerobic power and post-exercise recovery processes. Based on the obtained results,
a scientifically grounded training program for improving wrestlers’ anaerobic endurance was  This methodology contributes to better technical symmetry, faster recovery, and
improved overall athletic performance.
