In this article, the influence of volleyball sports on physical fitness, the ability to
team cooperation and mental stability of cadets was scientifically studied. The results of the study
showed that volleyball practice significantly improved the cadets' physical performance, such as
speed, balance and endurance to fatigue. In addition, the potential for team communication and
leadership has increased, as well as improved stress tolerance
