Abstract

This article provides instructions and suggestions on the didactic basis of
integrating the acmeology of preparation for the sport of mini volleyball into volleyball. The
process was carried out at the students of the Physical Culture Faculty of Chirchik State
Pedagogical University. Especially specially designed mini volleyball sports are organized
based on the existing sports facilities in the secondary schools of our Republic and statistics
corresponding to the state of students. The study developed the scientific and methodological
foundations and software of the mechanism for integrating the accmeology of preparation for
the sport of mini volleyball into volleyball, and didactic provision was carried out on the basis
of specialization and transfer to the requirements of volleyball parameters. A system of adaptive
complex exercises has been formed, which includes criteria for integrating the acmeology of
training in volleyball, low, medium, high levels of assessment of the target, outcome-
developing, adaptive, reflexive levels of training, as well as skills that intensively provide a
capable positive change. The inclusion of these exercises in the training process helped to
significantly increase the technical and tactical training of volleyball players. The results of the
study recommend the widespread use of this sport in physical education classes and volleyball
classes. We analyzed the results according to the St'yudent – Fisher criterion in a 2-year
pedagogical experiment based on the criteria of Smart (accuracy, dimensionality, accessibility,
resource availability, regulation, goal setting and focus on the result).
