FOOTBALL IS A MEANS OF DEVELOPING CADETS' PHYSICAL ENDURANCE AND PSYCHOLOGICAL STABILITY

This article examines the role of playing football in the formation of physical
endurance and psychological stability of cadets of military educational institutions. The cadets
who participated in football training for 3 months were assessed for physical endurance (Cooper
test and running speed) and psychological condition (anxiety level and stress tolerance). The
results of the study showed that football training significantly improves the endurance, speed and
mental stability of the cadets' cardiovascular system. Compared with the control group, it was
found that playing soccer is effective not only for improving physical fitness, but also for
increasing stress tolerance. The article reveals the positive significance of football in the process
of military training and provides recommendations for its widespread implementation
