Abstract

This study explores the scientific and theoretical foundations of developing
analytical thinking among primary school students. Analytical thinking is defined as the ability to
analyze, compare, generalize, and draw logical conclusions from information. The research
examines the psychological and pedagogical essence of analytical thinking, the factors influencing
its development, and effective teaching strategies. The importance of using interactive methods,
problem-based learning, and creative tasks in the educational process is emphasized. Based on
the findings, methodological recommendations are proposed to enhance students’ independent
thinking and logical reasoning skills.
