This article analyzes the role and importance of digital educational technologies in developing speech skills of primary school students. In the era of globalization and digital transformation, interactive platforms, multimedia tools, and artificial intelligence-based programs are serving to enhance students' speech activities. The research examines the methods of applying digital technologies in expanding vocabulary, developing communication competencies, and improving both monologic and dialogic speech. Additionally, the article analyzes effective methods for increasing teachers' skills in using modern digital approaches and integrating them into the educational process. The article emphasizes the role of game technologies, audio-visual materials, and virtual environments in increasing students' interest, encouraging their activity, and facilitating the speech development process. The article reveals the practical significance of using digital tools in shaping speech skills in primary school students and offers new opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of pedagogical activities.
