Abstract

Based on the results of a theoretical analysis of the scientific literature on the problem of emotional burnout, this article considers: the concept of emotional burnout, its various definitions; symptoms of "emotional burnout syndrome" in teachers, teachers (psychophysical, social and psychological, behavioral symptoms). The main causes and factors affecting the occurrence and development of this syndrome in specialists of professions of the "person - person" type, including teachers of educational institutions and teachers of secondary schools, are highlighted. The issues of psychological prevention of emotional burnout syndrome are considered; stages and levels of preventive work. A brief description of the program of socio-psychological training on the prevention and correction of emotional burnout in school teachers was given (author's development).
