In this article, the physical fitness of young wrestling girls is one of the main factors
in the fact that they succeed in wrestling. Age 10-12 is an important stage in physical fitness, it is during
this period that information is presented on the development of physical characteristics of the body, such
as strength, endurance, speed, flexibility and coordination. Therefore, it is stated that it is very important
to develop personalized fitness plans for athletes of this age. This article will analyze the specific
preparation plans and their effectiveness for 10-12-year-old wrestling girls.
