Abstract

This article the importance of practical competences in forming non-standard
teaching skills of future teachers, discusses the means for future teachers to acquire pedagogical skills, the
teacher’s direct participation in the educational process, not only being an example to others with his
spiritual and moral culture, but also how he should be able to demonstrate pedagogical skills, and at the
same time analyzes the importance of innovative pedagogical approaches in the educational process, their
role in increasing their effectiveness, and their adaptability to modern education. The article shows the
stages of the process of implementing pedagogical innovations in practice, and highlights the advantages
of person-centered educational technologies, problem-based learning, and computerized technologies.
