Abstract

The article examines the relationship between professional reflection and motivational factors in the development of a teacher’s creative potential. Based on an analysis of psychological and pedagogical sources, the study reveals the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, professional self-assessment, self-awareness, and reflective thinking on creativity in teaching practice. The author argues that the creative potential of teachers is formed through stable professional motivation, reflective attitudes, readiness for self-development, and innovative instructional approaches. The paper concludes that educational environments should support reflective practices and motivation-oriented creative growth.
