METHODOLOGY OF USING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE TRAINING OF MODERN TEACHERS

Abstract

The possibilities of modern information technologies for intensification and optimization of education are of great importance in the organization of educational processes. Therefore, the main goal of training specialist personnel is to form their knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as pedagogical skills, using the possibilities of modern information technologies. Today, there are a number of problems that have not yet been solved, which are directly related to increasing the effectiveness of pedagogical education. These problems are related to the informatization of the education sector, the training of pedagogues in the field of modern information technologies, and insufficient qualifications of pedagogues in the use of modern information and communication technologies. The article examines the issues of modern teacher training through digital technologies, information and communication tools.
