Abstract

This article analyzes the history of the establishment of the Organization of

Turkic States (OTS), its institutional structure, and the process of Uzbekistan’s accession to the

organization. It examines the stages of integration from 2009 to 2025, the key documents adopted

at the summits, the new direction of Uzbekistan’s foreign policy, and the strategic importance of
