HISTORY OF THE CONDUCT OF GEOECOLOGICAL RESEARCH IN UZBEKISTAN (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE 20TH CENTURY)

Abstract

The article presents some reflections on the manifestation and development of

geoecology as a science, a new geographical area that arose in the 20th century, which combines

all knowledge about environmental problems and has the main goal of preserving the natural

environment and life on Earth, exploiting the achievements of biological, geological and other

sciences.
