THE ESSENCE, COMPONENTS, AND STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONCEPT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE

Abstract

Theoretical and methodological foundations of the concept of professional
competence analyzed its role and importance in the modern education system. In particular, the
current educational process is based on the organization of the educational process based on the
approach or approach to personal and professional qualities. The article describes the
components of professional competence, their interdependence, as well as the formation and
gradual development of these competencies based on scientific and theoretical sources.
