Abstract

This article covers the criteria for the taxonomy of Blum and the effective use
of interactive educational methods in the formation of reading literacy of elementary students. The
study analyzed ways to stage educational goals, choose interactive methods appropriate to each
cognitive level, deepen students ' level of thinking, and ensure their active participation in classes.
The article developed proposals for planning the content of the lesson on the basis of a taxonomic
approach, creating a system of tasks from knowledge to assessment when working on the text, as
well as improving the methodological literacy of teachers
