SYSTEM FOR CREATING A COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT AND MAKING COLLECTIVE DECISIONS

Abstract

The paper analyzes the importance, principles and effective methods of creating a

collaborative environment and collective decision-making systems in modern education and

management systems. Collaboration is an environment based on mutual respect, open

communication and cooperation of participants towards a common goal, which plays a key role

in the development of innovative thinking, creative approaches and effective solutions. This topic

examines the stages of collective decision-making, distribution of roles and responsibilities,

support using digital tools, as well as real examples of the implementation of this system in

educational institutions and organizations. The relationship between the quality of decisions and

the motivation of team members was also analyzed.
