Abstract

This article presents methodological proposals and recommendations for improving the methodology for ensuring coherence and continuity in chemistry textbooks for grades 7-9.
Also; the article examines the problems and solutions in improving the skills and professional training of future chemistry teachers in working with textbooks, the stages of creating modern chemistry textbooks, their structural structure and content, their introduction into educational practice, and the formation of skills.
