PSYCHOLOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE SOCIAL COMPETENCE IN STUDENTS

Abstract

This article analyzes the psychological technologies of the development of innovative social competence in students and the current state of the problem of innovative competency of students, and considers personal qualities that ensure the effectiveness of innovation. Also presented are theoretical data on the study of the personal characteristics of individuals who are not interested in innovative competence and innovative activities. It also talks about improving pedagogical mechanisms for the development of social competence and improving the pedagogical system for the development of social competence of students in the process of pedagogical education.
