Abstract

The article describes the foreign experience of the development of information and communication
competence of secondary school teachers. Opinions are expressed about the experience conducted in
international research centers on the development of the competence of educational recipients to work with
information, the diagnosis of competence formation, the orientation of students to algorithmic information
exchange activities.
