Abstract

This article comprehensively examines the evolutionary stages of pedagogical
theory and modern conceptual approaches applied in the education system. The fundamental bases
and empirical results of digitalizing the educational process, competency-based, and learnercentered methodological approaches in improving learning efficiency are analyzed.
