Abstract

This article examines Rudaki’s work and his role in the cultural and literary
process of the Central Asian Renaissance of the 10th-12th centuries. It examines the poet's position
at the court of the Samanid dynasty, the characteristics of his poetic method, his contribution to
the development of modern Persian (Farsi-Tajik) literature, and his influence on subsequent
generations. Particular attention is given to the analysis of the literary environment of the East
and the mechanisms of cultural renewal at the turn of the 9th and 10th centuries.
