PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE TEACHERS

Abstract

This article analyzes the pedagogical conditions that are important in the
formation and development of professional competencies of future teachers. The essence of the
concept of professional competence is revealed, the role of the educational environment in its
development, the use of innovative pedagogical technologies, the strengthening of practical
activities and the importance of a reflective approach are scientifically and theoretically justified.
For future teachers, a set of competencies is highlighted that determine the degree of development
of pedagogical competence.
