Аннотация

This article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations for
improving the information service system in the management of higher education institutions. The
study interprets the information service as an integrated management mechanism that coordinates
the joint and effective activities of the subjects of the educational process. Based on the regulatory
and legal requirements established by the Decrees and Resolutions of the President of the Republic
of Uzbekistan, the issues of institutional organization of the information service system in higher
education institutions, integration of specific management functions, and development of
personnel consulting are scientifically substantiated. In addition, the article highlights the
possibilities of increasing the transparency and efficiency of management processes through the
use of information and communication technologies. The research findings have practical
significance for modernizing management activities and improving the quality of education in the
higher education system
