. This article examines the problem of professional deformations that negatively
impact teaching. It substantiates the importance of protecting against professional deformations
in maintaining teachers' psychological health and improving the quality of education. Optimizing
work schedules, strengthening social support, creating opportunities for professional growth, and
self-help methods are analyzed as key protective measures. It emphasizes that protecting against
professional deformations is a continuous and complex process in which the personal efforts of
teachers, support from educational institutions, and the direction of public policy play a significant
