FORMATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MILITARY COURTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

This article analyzes the formation and organizational structure of military
courts in the Republic of Uzbekistan as part of courts of general jurisdiction. In the first decades
of independence, military courts, created instead of military tribunals, became part of the general
judicial system. The article highlights the role of military courts in the judicial system and the
process of their development. The issues of the organizational structure and logistical support of
military vessels were also considered.
