ISSUES OF MUSIC EDUCATION AND MUSICAL ART DURING THE YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE AND THEIR HISTORIOGRAPHY

Abstract

The article summarizes historiographical materials on the issues of music
education and musical art during the еars of independence of Uzbekistan. It analyzes scholarly
research works, dissertations, abstracts, and monographs published in this period and evaluates
their contribution to the study of the development of musical culture. Special attention is paid to
methodological approaches, major research trends, and unresolved problems in the
historiography of music education and musical art in the context of independence.
