THEORETICAL BASIS FOR DEVELOPING CHANGE MANAGEMENT SKILLS OF SCHOOL DIRECTORS

Abstract

The article frames school principals’ change management competence as an
integrative practical capacity. It specifies five core components (analytical–strategic,
organizational–project, communicative, resource–risk, monitoring–reflective) and links them to
principals’ key managerial functions.
