ANALYSIS OF FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC EXPERIENCE IN THE TRAINING OF SOCIAL WORKERS

Abstract

Based on the study of international experience, practical recommendations
have been developed to improve the training system for social workers in Uzbekistan.
Education in the field of social work, foreign experience, national experience, comparative
analysis, personnel training, social protection, professional competencies, coaching technologies,
sanogenic reflection.the stages of formation, existing problems and prospects of this system in
Uzbekistan. Based on the study of international experience, practical recommendations have been
developed to improve the training system for social workers in Uzbekistan.
