Abstract

This topic is devoted to highlighting the role and significance of the fairy tale genre in the
theatrical repertoire. The fairy tale genre in performing arts is an important direction with
educational, aesthetic, and spiritual value for both children and adults. Through fairy tales in the
theater repertoire, national values, the struggle between good and evil, and human qualities are
expressed through artistic images. This genre expands the audience’s imagination and fosters a
desire for goodness, an appreciation of beauty, and the ability to learn life lessons. In addition,
the harmony of mise-en-scène, decorations, music, and acting skills plays an important role in
staging fairy tales.
