Abstract

This article examines the stages of formation of Eastern miniature art, its artistic
and aesthetic features, and its role in the development of world and national fine arts. Eastern
miniature is analyzed as a unique art form based on the harmonious combination of color,
composition, line, and decorative elements. Particular attention is paid to the artistic traditions of
major miniature schools (Timurid, Herat, Bukhara, Tabriz, and others), as well as their influence
on contemporary fine art and the continuity of artistic principles. The educational, aesthetic, and cultural significance of Eastern miniature as an important element of artistic heritage is revealed, 411
and its role in modern art education is substantiated. The results of the study can be applied in the
fields of art history, fine arts theory, and art pedagogy
