Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses the modern requirements for future preschool education teachers, the factors influencing the development of their professional competence, and the issues of forming pedagogical mastery. It also analyzes the content and main principles of the professional standard for preschool education teachers, the importance of inclusive education, the use of interactive methods, modeling problem situations, and establishing cooperation between family and community (mahalla). The article scientifically substantiates the necessity of continuous development of personal qualities, professional knowledge, skills, and competencies of teachers.
