Abstract

This article explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of technologies and a model aimed at developing the professional reflective culture of future educators within the framework of innovative education. The proposed model focuses on fostering students’ reflective activity, enhancing their ability to analyze and improve their professional practices. The research substantiates the effectiveness of innovative methods such as reflective journals, video analysis, brainstorming, and reflective round-table discussions. Moreover, the article highlights the importance of the acmeological approach in nurturing educators’ reflective culture.
