Abstract

This article provides information about the innovations in the field of hydro

melioration in Turkestan in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, a special regulation aimed at

regulating water. The article also mentions the establishment of farms, the introduction of new

techniques such as mechanical elevators, steam engines, and oil engines for pumping water

upward.
