Abstract

This article discusses the development of creative thinking and abilities in preschool

children through various forms of art (music, visual arts, drama, etc.). The author analyzes the impact of

art on child development and the methods that should be applied in this process. The goals of art therapy

are multifaceted: self-awareness, self-expression, inner integration of personality, integration with external

reality, as well as the expansion of personal experience and emotional perception. The article highlights

the significance of art therapy in pedagogy and psychology, emphasizing its role in shaping creative

thinking and personal growth in children.
