This article examines effective methodological approaches to developing and
enhancing the professional competence of students in physics education through the teaching of
the subject Molecular Physics. The content of molecular physics, its practical importance, and
teaching methods are analyzed. Furthermore, the article highlights the role of interactive methods,
digital technologies, and virtual laboratories in fostering students’ interest in scientific research,
developing experimental thinking, and analytical reasoning.
