ANALYSIS OF THE RESEARCH WORK DONE ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF STUDENTS STUDYING IN THE FIELD OF ENERGY

Abstract

This article highlights the relevance of training highly qualified engineering and

energy personnel with professional competencies in the field of energy in the context of

globalization and technological progress. It analyzes the content of the concept of competence, its

theoretical and practical aspects, as well as scientific interpretations given by domestic and

foreign scientists. The necessity of mastering theoretical knowledge, practical skills, creativity,

critical thinking and digital technologies in the formation of professional competencies of

engineering and energy personnel is substantiated. The doctoral and doctoral dissertations in

pedagogical sciences defended in the republic in 2003-2025 were also analyzed, the number and

content of scientific research in the field of theory and methods of teaching and upbringing based

on statistical indicators were revealed
