THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF MODERN PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN ENHANCING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF EDUCATION

Abstract

This article highlights the role of modern pedagogical technologies in

increasing the effectiveness of education in the 21st century. Thanks to digital tools and

personality-oriented approaches, blended learning, gamification, online platforms, and

interactive applications are widely used. The research is based on questionnaires, interviews, and

observations. The results show that modern technologies increase motivation, inclusiveness, and

educational outcomes, but there are problems with infrastructure, digital literacy, and teacher

training
