INNOVATIVE METHODS OF CREATIVE SELF-DEVELOPMENT IN THE TRAINING OF PEDAGOGICAL PERSONNEL

Abstract

This article analyzes innovative methods of creative self-development in the
process of training pedagogical personnel. In the educational process, the importance of modern
pedagogical technologies and methods is highlighted in the development of the creative potential
of future teachers, the formation of independent thinking and the development of competencies for
working on themselves. The theoretical foundations and practical mechanisms of creative self-
development are also studied, showing the possibilities of improving educational efficiency by
applying innovative approaches to the professional activities of future educators. The results of
the study show that the use of innovative methods is an important factor in the development of
teachers not only professionally, but also personally-creatively.
