Abstract

This article deals with the crisis of the resettlement case in Turkestan,

captured in the reports of the audit commission of Count K.K. Burned in 1908-1909 in Turkestan.

The social tension that arose in the villages and villages of the region due to the inept and

erroneous policy of the administration acquires features of interethnic confrontation at the time

of the audit and threatens to result in popular unrest in the near future. In his recommendations
