INTERPRETATION OF THE UNITY OF HOMELAND-NATURE AND HOMELAND- INDEPENDENCE IN ERKIN VOHIDOV'S POETRY

Abstract

The article explores the image of the Homeland not only in Erkin Vohidov’s
works specifically devoted to this theme but also in his poems addressing related topics. Through
the analysis of verses from poems such as “Navro‘z nashidasi” and “Turkiston bir, vatan bir”,
the study reveals the unity of the concepts of homeland and nature, as well as homeland and
independence, in the poet’s worldview. The article highlights the broad thematic scope of patriotic
lyrics in Vohidov’s poetry, its musicality, and the richness of artistic devices such as metaphors
and similes.
