PROFESSIONAL FEATURES OF CHOOSING MEANS TO EDUCATE COMPETENCE IN MOUNTAIN WORKERS

Abstract

In this article focuses on the development of flexibility(compactness) in working
conditions of mining workers and thereby preventing injuries among workers. An active and passive
flexibility are given on data. Here is given even the sample set of flexibility exercises for all professions of
miners. It is studied the growth of dynamics depending on the norm of performing exercises and that
develop the flexibility of various joints.
