Abstract

The article presents a pedagogical model for the development of project competencies of future teachers of the Russian language. The relevance of the formation of project competencies in the context of the modern educational process is substantiated. The key components of the model are considered, such as the purpose, objectives, content, methods, tools and results. Special attention is paid to the stages of the model’s implementation, including the diagnosis of the initial level of competencies, the design of the educational process, the implementation of project activities and the evaluation of its results. The proposed model promotes the development of professional and personal qualities of teachers necessary for the effective implementation of project activities in schools.
