Abstract

The article conducts a scientific study on the language and several of its constituent factors, which
are an important specificity in language learning, one of which is the culture of speech. A small emphasis
of this article is also given to the communicative skills of speech, the goals and methodological tasks in
teaching a foreign culture are given.
