Abstract

This article examines the importance of the “teacher-student” tradition in
the formation of makom performing competencies, teaching makom instrumental melodies and
songs in educational systems, providing students with theoretical information about national
musical traditions, their features, ideas that are put forward in them, the formation of skills to
perform folk songs, makom instrumental melodies and songs, the formation of performing
competencies.
