Abstract

In this article, the study of the specifics of planning training sessions in freestyle wrestlers, as well as the planning of young freestyle wrestlers, training exercises is a socio-pedagogical problem. In addition, the rapid rise of the level of world sports skills of wrestling, its increase in mobility are spoken of in improving all aspects of training on which sports achievements depend.
