INTELLIGENT SYSTEM FOR MANAGING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION IN GENERAL EDUCATION SCHOOLS

Abstract

Abstract. The article analyzes contemporary challenges in managing the quality of

education in general education schools in the context of digital transformation and the

development of artificial intelligence technologies. It substantiates the insufficient integration of

existing management systems, electronic gradebooks, EMIS, and monitoring and assessment

platforms due to their largely isolated operation. The main purpose of the study is to develop a

concept of an intelligent ecosystem for managing the quality of education in general education

schools and to provide a scientific justification for its structural components, principles, conceptual

model, and operational mechanism.

As a result of the study, an original definition of the concept of an “intelligent ecosystem

for education quality management” was developed, a conceptual model was proposed, the

institutional, technological, analytical, and managerial components of the ecosystem were

systematized, and a data-driven management mechanism was recommended.
