Abstract

. In this article, a scientific and critical analysis of information identified with the help of
historical sources and literature shows that cattle breeding is widespread among the peoples of Central
Asia especially among them, the importance of sheep breeding is reflected in their religious beliefs, cattle
breeding has continued organically since ancient times, and the selection of sheep breeding by our local
population has continued organically, the fact is that the traditions go back several thousand years and
cattle breeding developed not in the Middle Ages, but from ancient times
