Abstract

This article provides a systematic analysis of modern concepts for the effective
management of higher education institutions. In particular, it examines the role of strategic
management in long-term development, the importance of indicative management mechanisms in
coordinating the educational process, and the role of quality management systems in improving the
quality of educational services, all based on scientific approaches. The article also analyzes
innovation-driven development and digital transformation processes, as well as their impact on the
higher education system.
In addition, the integration of pedagogical approaches—specifically competency-based,
student-centered, and interactive teaching methods—with the management system is explored. The
research findings indicate that effective management of higher education institutions can be achieved
only through the integration of strategic planning, indicative management, pedagogical management,
quality management systems, and innovative pedagogical approaches.
