FEATURES OF PLANNING THE TRAINING PROCESS OF BOXERS

In this article, an improvement and training plan has been developed using
indicators of physical fitness of boxers in the training group, physical qualities that are important
for athletes and the main aspects of their improvement are noted. By implementing the developed
training program in the experimental group, a high and reliable increase in their physical
capabilities was determined in comparison with the results of the control group.
